Following the amazing and ongoing vaccination process the Government has issued its latest advice, enabling organised restricted play to recommence from 29 March.
Accordingly, PE has issued further advice to all Clubs and has updated its ‘Play Safe Guidelines’, key points of which are listed below.
Formal club sessions at Handcross will therefore recommence on Wednesday 31st March following which further club sessions will be as follows:-
Wednesdays and Sundays: 10am onwards, Fridays from 2pm
All play will resume in accordance with current COVID-19 Restrictions and within PE’s latest updated Play Safe Guidelines which fully apply in terms of recommended practices and measures to ensure that everybody’s safety is maximised. It is recommended that members familiarise themselves with these Guidelines before formal play commences.
Just a reminder that the Club’s COVID Risk Assessment is available in the green box for access by all members. It is important, on arrival at the piste and before play, that you sign in on the relevant sheet for the date on which you are playing and familiarise yourself with the Risk Assessment. Before you play, you should also sign the appropriate sheet for the day on which you are playing to ensure that track and trace procedures can take place if necessary. This is also available in the green box.
For your own safety and the safety of others:-
Current social distancing guidelines MUST be observed AT ALL TIMES,
Remember: HANDS, FACE, SPACE
preferably use your own sanitiser
(additional sanitiser available in the green box if necessary)
