Oxshott Friendly

BBQ and melee at Oxshott on 17^th July.

8 members from Handcross were able to take up the kind invitation for a BBQ and friendly melee at Oxshott on 17^th July. After an excellent lunch we had to rally the troops to play out in the sunshine.

Barbara Leech came as a spectator only to see David dispatched quickly, beaten 13/0 with the first fanny of the day. Other members, Viv, Tony, Gerard, Mike S, Brenda and John enjoyed some good close matches grappling with the unpredictable piste. It was good to play on a different piste with others when not playing a match against them. We were made very welcome by over 20 members from Oxshott and all enjoyed the afternoon.

We finished with a photo shoot followed by David and Trish acknowledging their fanny.
